In its preparation for the forthcoming Local Government election in Ogun state, the major opposition party, New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has concluded its primary election to produce candidates for the July 24 Local Government Election.
The State Chairman of New Nigeria People’s Party Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday while welcoming OGSIEC Commissioners and DSS Officials who came in their official capacity to observe the program reiterated the commitment to free and fair elections by the umpire.
Oginni noted that NNPP is Ready to take over reigns of governance from APC starting from the forthcoming LG Election.
He noted, “you are here today taking the mandate of this Party to start the journey of success. We’re ready to give APC the run for their money.
In response to Comrade Oginni’s remark, the OGSIEC Commissioner who represented the Chairman, Mr Tunji Akoni reassured everyone present that the coming Election shall be free, fair and credible.
He noted, “our doors are always open to all of you to come in anytime, any day!”
However, it’s very obvious that New Nigeria People’s Party is the Choice of Ogun people for the coming Election
