Mrs. Noimot Salako-Oyedele is a multi-talented professional with over 30 years of proven records of experience in consulting, contracting and real estate sectors. Dedicated, results oriented and enthusiastic individual with broad range of knowledge and experience in developing and implementing effective strategies in managing projects from inception through to completion.

Adept at collaborating effectively with team members while successfully managing the overall activities towards the achievement of organisation’s goals. Hands-on experience in integrating plans to boost human capital development, which ultimately ensures long term growth of any company.

The incoming Deputy Governor is focused on ensuring continuous improvement through the implementation of innovative ideas and exceptional leadership skills.

Mrs. Noimot Salako-Oyedele was born 52 years ago to the family of the late Professor Lateef Salako from Ado-Odo Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State.

The late Professor Lateef Salako served Ogun State as Chairman, Ogun State Scholarship Board and Chairman Ogun State University Teaching Hospital Board of Management.

Professor Salako also served as Special Adviser to the then Minister of Health, Prof. Olikoye Ransome-Kuti and was Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research for seven years and for a further three years, the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Vaccine Research Laboratories, Yaba.

Mrs. Salako-Oyedele is currently Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Glenwood Property Development Company Limited.

A former General Manager (Business Development)/Acting Managing Director, Grenadines Homes Limited, she has also served as Graduate Engineer/ Project Manager at Ove Arup & Partners, London, UK.

The Deputy Governor-Elect holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.

Noimot also holds a Masters degree in Public Health Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology London, UK, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.

Her vast experience places her in a better position to work as the Deputy Governor of a state as versed as Ogun and those who know her confirmed that she would be a good partner for the Governor-Elect of the Gateway State, Prince Dapo Abiodun.
