Race for various political offices in the 2023 general elections has tactically begun across the country and several aspirants have started showing interest in the offices.
For the people of Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constitution in Ogun State, it’s time to seek a true representative of the people that will take the area to greater heights.
One man some people of the highly industrialized area are clamouring for to move to the Federal House of Representatives under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is Eng. Jimoh Musibau Alade.
Some close friends and associates of the trained electrical engineer are insisting that he has all it takes to give a good representation to the people of Ado-Odo/Ota in the green chamber from 2023.
Alade, who was born on August 6, 1964 and trained as an engineer, holds a City and Guilds of London (Electrical) Certificate and he later studied at the Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye before he went ahead to obtain M.Sc in Technology and Industrialization Certification.
The Charter Engineer and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) also had several trainings in the profession in Nigeria and abroad.
Those calling for support for Eng. Alade believe that his success in the corporate world as a prolific engineer and a staunch politician have prepared him for the task ahead.
Alade, who is currently the Group Managing Director of Emhay Oil and Gas and Merry Jay Engineering Limited was described as a man with milk of human kindness, who has the requisite experiences to turn around the fortunes of the people of Ado-Odo/Ota and contribute his own quota to the development of the community as a lawmaker.
He is said to be a philanthropist, a lover of people and a man with a large heart, who has affected many lives over the years.
Those who know him much said as someone, who was born and raised in Ado -omolara/Ota, Eng. Alade knows where the shoes pinch the people of the Constituency and that his “competence, commitment, love and ability are not in doubt.”
They maintained that Ado-Odo/Ota is critical to the development of Ogun State, the South West and Nigeria as the most highly industrialised settlement in the country and that he “better than the person representing the constituency in the green chamber as he has better ideas that can move the community forward.”
